Like a BOSS

When there is no play or recreation at home, I watch my television programs in that favorite pose - be like a BOSS. 

 

Changangkha Lhakhang

I was born on 12^th February, 2018, at 11:23 AM in the Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital.

Anyone who is born within Thimphu district pays an homage to the deity at the Changangkha Lhakhang. 

Today, in order to seek the continuous blessings and protection, I paid an homage to the deity by visiting the Changangakha with my dad and mom. 

 

Thimphu Children's Park

I am always fond of visiting Childrens' Park.  Fortunately, it was Sunday that my dad got a half day break from the Test Development Workshop. 

Dochula

The school is closed for the summer vacation. Starting day after tomorrow, for 9 days, my dad would be busy working in the Test Development Workshop. 

I had the opportunity to spend some time at Dochula with my dad, mom and sister Pema. 

 

Battling the heat

Bajothang is extremely hot these days. We have to always look for some means to combat the rising heat. 

I was at home. I preferred to get into the container that my mother got it when she bought 5 kilogram of surf excel. 

 

Longest Suspension Bridge

My family and I went to Shegana to purchase the rice for my dad's friend working at Thimphu. 

On our return, we made a short visit to the Bhutan's longest suspension bridge. 

 

Daa-Bam

My dad is a fan of Bollywood actor Salman Khan. He loves watching his movies. 

One moment, he took his sunglasses, started to hang on the back side of my shirt and said, "Hud.. hud.. Dabanng, Dabanng". But I overheard the word and repeated "Daa-bam Daa-bam". 

My mom recollects today that - every moment I see sunglasses, I utter Daa-bam, Daa-Bam. 

Now it is a word for me to indicate sunglasses. 

 

Children's Park

Thinking that it was a good place for me to learn about growing motor skills, coordination, balance and strength, my parents took me to Khuruthang children's park. I loved playing outside along with other kids. 

I was fortunate to have a my dad supervise and take care of me. He took some snaps for me.

 

Visit to Soena Gatshel

It was the losar. I went with my family to Soena Gatshel, a beautiful place located on the right bank of the phochu river. 

My dad has taken my stroller. I had the most enjoyable ride on the pleasant road of the village.  

 

Visit to Punakha Dzong

This is my second visit to Punakha Dzong. I went with my dad, mom and my sister. 

I received the blessings from the great Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal, the founder of the Bhutanese state. 

A Visit to Chimmi Lhakang

February 23, 2019: 
I am one year, 12 days old today.  I visited Chimmi Lhakhang to get the blessings of the Lam Drukpa Kuenley.
